Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for estimating and take offs in a manner that awarded projects are attainable with contract quotes and within the assigned time period.
  • Plans or prepare all contract administration, executing and directing project activities, monitoring field installation process, coaching field personnel and developing/maintaining client relationships.
  • Attends, coordinate of conducts meetings and activities with Technicians, trade contractors and suppliers to review scheduled project progress, shop drawing requirements, and material deliveries to ensure attainment of project objectives, scheduled completion, and timely delivery.
  • Oversees, delegates, and monitor all Technicians performance on assigned projects to ensure that project is complete within established schedules, project budget established at hand off, and quality standards.
  • Travel may be required.

Qualifications
  • 10 years recent electrical service management experience.
  • Related education or equivalent training/ experience in Construction Management preferred.
  • Valid Electrical License on Journeyman or Masters level strongly preferred.
  • Proficient computer, communications (oral and written), and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Accubid, Blue Beam, and other industry standard software.
  • Proficient in estimating and trouble shooting skills.
  • Knowledge of all cost elements, cost coding, and ability to prepare and manage department budgets.
  • Business knowledge of vendors in retrospective electrical construction industry.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check
