Job description

Master Electrical Services, LLC is hiring an Electrical Project Manager Assistant who is ready to launch a long-term career. This position is structured as a direct pathway to becoming a Project Manager in the electrical construction industry.  You’ll work directly with experienced Project Managers on active commercial projects, gaining hands-on experience in estimating, scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, and client communication. You'll learn how real projects are built from start to finish. 

Who We're Looking For:

  • Construction background (electrical experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
  • Motivated to grow and take ownership of role

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assist with preparing and tracking submittals, RFIs & change orders
  • Help coordinate and monitor material purchasing, deliveries, and inventory
  • Track project schedules, milestones, and deadlines to keep jobs on pace
  • Coordinate with field teams & vendors
  • Maintain organized project files, documentation, and reporting
  • Support budget and job cost tracking
