If you're a Journeyman who knows how to run a clean job, lead with confidence, and wire a luxury home like it's your own - and you're ready to join a company where quality, collaboration, and growth actually mean something - you might be exactly who we're looking for.
As an Electrical Journeyman at Oasis, you'll lead residential new builds and remodels in some of the most beautiful homes in Arizona. You'll oversee rough and finish electrical installations, coordinate closely with lighting and AV integration teams, and ensure every detail meets the elevated standards our clients expect. You'll bring technical expertise, leadership in the field, and pride in delivering work that reflects true craftsmanship.
What You'll Do
• Lead residential electrical installations from rough-in through trim and final
• Read and interpret electrical plans, lighting layouts, and project specifications
• Install panels, lighting systems, devices, service equipment, and specialty systems
• Oversee and mentor Electrical Assistants and Apprentices
• Coordinate with AV, lighting control, and low-voltage teams for seamless integration
• Communicate proactively with Project Managers on timelines, materials, and scope changes
• Ensure code compliance, safety standards, and inspection readiness
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
• Represent Oasis with confidence and professionalism with clients, designers, and builders
What We Value
We're driven by excellence - and by the people who bring it to life. Our culture thrives on communication, craftsmanship, and care. We look for leaders who are:
Hungry - You take ownership, solve problems before they escalate, and push projects forward.
Humble - You lead by example, mentor others, and stay open to feedback.
Smart - You communicate clearly, navigate jobsite dynamics with maturity, and think ahead.
At Oasis, we over-communicate, collaborate relentlessly, and stay solution-focused - no drama, just results.
What You Bring
• Active Arizona Journeyman Electrician license
• 4+ years of residential electrical experience (luxury residential preferred)
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local code requirements
• Experience running projects and supervising assistants and apprentices
• High attention to detail in lighting layouts and finish installations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely on ladders or in attics
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• A leadership mindset and pride in delivering excellence every time
Why You'll Love Working Here
We work on projects that inspire - custom estates, elevated lighting designs, and fully integrated smart homes - and we do it with a team that feels like family.
At Oasis, you're not just pulling wire. You're building environments that people live their lives in. You'll have room to lead, room to grow, and room to elevate your craft with a company redefining what luxury electrical service looks like.
