Adcock Systems LLC, an Altus Fire & Life Safety Company, located in Lanham, MD is looking for an Electrical Service Technician to join our team!

Hourly Rate: $54.00/hour - $62.00/hourResponsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial electrical systems with precision and pride.
  • Deliver top-tier service and provide recommendations to keep customers comfortable – and calling you back!
  • Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth.
  • Pursue certifications if needed – we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves.
  • Work independently, own your route, and represent Adcock Systems with professionalism.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.
  • Experience in installing: conduit and wire, MC branch circuit wiring, electrical equipment (panels, transformers, lighting controllers, pump/motor controllers) (preferred)
  • Troubleshooting experience in: starters, lighting controls, electrical circuits/wiring, pumps/motor controllers (preferred)
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
  • Willing to work OFF hours and/or Overtime including emergency on-call (4-5 weeks a year)
  • Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.
  • IBEW Local 26 member preferred.  If not a IBEW member - Must be willing to become a member of IBEW Local 26.
