Job description

Outsource is looking for an Electrical Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in La Habra, CA. Our client is a well respected Electrical Contractor. They are looking to grow their team with an Electrical Project Manager with a solid background running commercial construction projects. This is a full time, ON SITE position.


Electrical Project Manager Description:

  • Manage the day to day project operations including staffing, materials, scheduling, safety meetings, performance reviews, compliance, etc.
  • Ensure projects are staying on task and schedule.
  • Estimating.
  • Complete and track project paperwork and all relevant reporting.
  • Develop project goals and prioritize to accomplish them.
  • Work with the project budget-plan and monitor cash flow/expenses.
  • Read and interpret blue prints and project specifications.
  • Compile submittals, estimates, change orders.


Electrical Project Manager Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience running commercial projects.
  • Must be local to Orange County, CA and have the ability to work on site daily as well as travel to job site locations throughout the area.
  • Must have experience running large, multi million dollar commercial ELECTRICAL projects.
  • Experience running crews, estimating, managing materials, financials, etc. on commercial projects.
  • Experience working with multiple projects at once ranging in size.
  • Must be capable of working independently.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills, ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions.
  • Strong computer skills including: Estimating, scheduling, and design software.
