Job Description:
Senior Project Engineer
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and installation of projects. Your role will be a senior active member of the Engineering community, site technical team, the local engineering team, and assigned project team(s). Provide a competitive advantage to the business, deploying your engineering know-how to successfully execute and deliver projects. These roles will either be based out of Gainesville, GA, Jackson, TN, Cary, NC or Battle Creek, MI.
What are we looking for?
  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a comparable technical position - food, beverage, pharmaceutical or related industry preferable.
  • Proficiency in understanding of engineering principals - knowledge of engineering disciplines: Process, Packaging, Electrical, Construction or Construction Management.
  • In-depth understanding of designated functional engineering area of expertise - Process or Packaging.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% or more requirement depending on project demands.
