Dubak Electrical Group LLC is growing and seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our Florida Projects Team. This role offers the opportunity to manage diverse electrical construction projects across industries and locations nationwide.

Role Overview:
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle - from business development and estimating through execution and closeout. You'll serve as the single point of accountability for project delivery, ensuring scope, cost, and schedule goals are met while maintaining client satisfaction and safety standards.
The typical project values range from $250K to $4.5MM in the heavy commercial and light industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Lead budgeting, scheduling, change management, and cost tracking
  • Oversee subcontractors, labor resources, and field supervision
  • Coordinate multi-trade installation methods (electrical, mechanical, civil, structural)
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
  • Maintain strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver technical documents, proposals, and presentations
  • Provide value engineering analysis to optimize cost and efficiency
  • Travel to project sites consistently, up to 60%

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in industrial/commercial electrical project management
  • Expertise in electrical systems + general knowledge of mechanical, civil, and structural work
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Self-motivated with strong leadership and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel to project sites at a minimum every other week
