Job description

We are hiring a night-shift Sr Production Manager for our client, a large engineering, electrical contracting, and systems integration company, based in Ruther Glen, VA. oversees large-scale manufacturing and production operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.


Some of the job duties will include:

  • Lead production teams and supervisors to ensure efficient daily operations and safe work practices
  • Coordinate with engineering and project management teams to support production schedules and project timelines
  • Manage staffing, workflow, training, and overall team performance
  • Drive process improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and product quality
  • Monitor operational performance and resolve production or workflow issues as they arise
  • Support the manufacturing and delivery of complex electrical and mission-critical infrastructure systems


The following shift is available:

  • Night Shift: Mon-Thur; 5:30pm-3:30am


The compensation structure is as follows:

  • Up to $150k yearly salary
  • Annual bonus


The Production Manager position comes with:

  • 2 weeks of PTO per year + 9 observed holidays

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 10+ years of Production Management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Strong Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodology experience
