Job description

Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift
Appleton, WI | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Full-Time | Hands-On | Essential Role
Are you a reliable, mechanically inclined problem-solver who enjoys keeping machines and facilities running smoothly? A to Z Machine is looking for a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician to support our shop, equipment, and facilities.
What You'll Do:
Perform preventative maintenance on machines and buildings
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace facility and shop equipment
Build and repair benches, tables, and shop fixtures
Handle basic facility needs (lighting, plumbing, painting, carpentry)
Assist with equipment and shop moves
Follow 6S, ISO/quality, and safety standards
Support Electrical/Mechanical Technicians as needed
• What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing
CNC job shop experience preferred
Forklift experience a plus
Strong mechanical aptitude and work ethic
⚡ Ability to prioritize and work independently
