Job description

Responsibilities
  • Design mechanical components, mounts, and enclosures for electronics and controls on heavy equipment
  • Design electrical systems including power distribution, wiring, and control interfaces
  • Integrate hardware with existing vehicle systems and autonomy software
  • Support prototype builds, vehicle integration, and field testing
  • Create clear design documentation (CAD, schematics, BOMs) for manufacturing and service
  • Collaborate with autonomy, software, and operations teams to deliver robust systems

Hard Skills
  • CAD
  • Familiarity with design for manufacturing (DFM)
  • Electrical systems design (power distribution, wiring, and control interfaces)
