Overview

Electrical Works is looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing sales and business development efforts. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping sales activity organized, supporting client communication, coordinating marketing efforts, and helping move opportunities forward. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and processes continue to evolve.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and follow-up activity
  • Support client communication and assist with outreach efforts
  • Track sales activity and help maintain pipeline visibility
  • Assist with proposals, presentations, and sales materials
  • Support scheduling and travel coordination for sales, marketing, and business development activities
  • Prepare and coordinate marketing and trade show materials, including packing, inventory tracking, shipping, and delivery logistics for events and client meetings
  • Support marketing efforts including social media updates and brand coordination
  • Help organize sales documents, reporting, and internal tracking tools
  • Assist leadership with day-to-day business development coordination and administrative support

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, sales support, marketing, or coordination role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems or tracking tools preferred
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized with minimal supervision
  • Experience in construction, electrical contracting, or commercial services is a plus
  • Experience with Monday.com is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a Mac-based environment
