Location: Lynn, MA
This is a FULL-TIME permanent position.
Salary: Hourly rate by experience: $35 to $50+ per hour.

Overview
Seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role plays a key part in equipment reliability and continuous improvement in a Manufacturing plant.


Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot mechanical systems (gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, packaging equipment)
  • Perform electrical work up to 480V (motors, VFDs, relays, sensors)
  • Diagnose motor controls & safety circuits (E-Stops, relays, interlocks)
  • Support PLC troubleshooting (I/O, basic ladder logic)
  • Perform welding & basic fabrication
  • Lead equipment setups, changeovers, and improvements
  • Maintain documentation in CMMS and follow safety standards

Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with motor controls, PLCs, and schematics
  • Technical degree or certifications preferred
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Work Environment
  • Lift up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to work overtime/weekends as needed
