Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the electrical team in troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Provide technical justification and support project managers in executing equipment upgrades
  • Support a lean manufacturing environment by applying PDCA cycles to engineering changes and effectively communicating status to stakeholders
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support 24/7 operations
  • Ensure electrical safety requirements are properly defined and implemented, including risk assessments, performance levels, and PPE selection
  • Develop detailed electrical drawings using AutoCAD and/or Inventor
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing or production environment
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and PLC programming/troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of industrial automation systems and coordinated machinery
  • Experience with analog controls preferred
  • Familiarity with control voltages, including 24V, 120V, 480V, and 4160V
