Job Description Role: Electrical Manager Location: Thunder Bay, ON Duration: Full-Time Perm (Open to Contract as well) Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 The Electrical Manager will be responsible for the management of all electrical projects in the Thunder Bay and district area. This position is primarily a project management role involving manpower coordination, coordination of trades, scheduling, budgeting, estimating of new projects and extras, billings, and other project related activities. KEY CUSTOMERS SERVED: Clients/Vendors Project Managers Estimators KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with other division managers, suppliers and sub-contractors to complete projects on time, in budget and ensure all work is done safely with quality standards as a priority.

Must have the ability to provide clear, unwavering direction to site foremen and workers Ensure that engineering deliverables (e.g., shop drawings, specifications, budget estimates) comply with applicable regulations, standards, corporate procedures and sound engineering practices. Be responsible for managing multiple jobs through coordinating the effective use of technical staff, equipment and other resources, ensuring jobs are completed to client standards, while enforcing E.S. Fox Limited policies and procedures KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Electrical background Either recognized accreditation as a journeyman electrician, Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.), Electrical Engineer or Professional Engineering designation (P.Eng) in the province of Ontario Member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 402 is an asset Working knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Code Ability to price and initiate through Purchasing the sourcing of electrical materials for multiple jobs SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: 5-10 years of progressive electrical supervisory experience Experience with electrical take-offs/estimation Excellent computer skills and working knowledge with Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Project

Excellent troubleshooting skills Experience in leading a team and making decisions, related to hiring, scheduling and behaviour management Show a high level of technical understanding Budget development experience, including forecasting Safety program management and implementation Strong conceptual skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, planning and organizational abilities with excellent interpersonal skills. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently. Strong attention to detail Effective leadership ability This position is located primarily from the Thunder Bay office, will require the incumbent to possess a valid driver's license with the ability to travel to various job sites from time to time.
