TDL Staffing is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineering Manager for a full-time leadership position based in Fairbanks, AK. This role is ideal for a licensed electrical engineer with strong leadership skills and experience in the design of power, lighting, and signal systems for commercial, institutional, or government projects.

As an Electrical Engineering Manager, youโ€™ll lead a dedicated team of engineers and EITs, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and contribute to high-quality project delivery across a variety of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of electrical engineers and EITs
