What You'll Do

As an Industrial Electrician / PLC Programmer, you'll play a key role in keeping our manufacturing operation running safely and efficiently. You'll use your technical expertise to troubleshoot complex electrical issues while helping develop the next generation of electricians.

  • Lead troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of complex industrial electrical systems
  • Mentor and train entry-level and journeyman electricians
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and support Allen-Bradley PLC systems
  • Oversee and support PLC programming and controls-related work
  • Develop and implement preventative electrical maintenance strategies
  • Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
  • Ensure electrical installations, repairs, and modifications meet safety and compliance requirements
  • Partner with operations and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure proper electrical safety practices
