Electrical General Foreman – Competitive Pay + Employee Ownership – Tempe, AZ

Are you an experienced Electrical Foreman or General Foreman who knows how to keep crews moving, projects on schedule and job sites running safely?


DP Electric is looking for an experienced Electrical General Foreman to lead multiple electrical construction projects across the Tempe/Phoenix area.


This is a key leadership role with real responsibility and autonomy. You’ll oversee field operations, support Foremen, Journeymen and Apprentices, work closely with project managers and superintendents, and help make sure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and supporting Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices and site teams
  • Overseeing daily field operations across multiple electrical construction projects
  • Keeping crews productive, projects on schedule and work completed to a high standard
  • Planning and allocating labor, tools, materials and equipment effectively
  • Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, contractors and site personnel
  • Reading drawings, resolving on-site issues and maintaining high safety standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as an Electrical Foreman, General Foreman or senior field leader
  • Strong background in electrical construction
  • Journeyman Electrician license, equivalent certification or relevant field leadership experience
  • Experience leading field teams
  • Commitment to safety, quality and doing the job right
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between project sites
