is a premier electrical contracting firm serving the Automotive, Heavy Industrial, and Mission Critical sectors. We specialize in both ground-up construction and major renovations, managing electrical packages ranging from small service work to multi-million-dollar installations.
We're looking for an experienced General Foreman to lead field operations, drive productivity, and oversee electrical installations on large-scale construction projects.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, union environment and has a strong track record leading crews on complex builds.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead and supervise field crews, Foremen, and production activities.
  • Plan manpower, materials, and workflow to meet project schedules.
  • Monitor labor productivity, costs, and performance.
  • Ensure all work meets NEC codes, project specs, and safety standards.
  • Partner with Project Managers & Superintendents to drive project success.
  • Track materials, maintain as-builts, and manage field documentation.
  • Proactively identify and solve field challenges.

What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years as a General Foreman (or similar leadership role).
  • Industrial electrical construction experience (data center preferred).
  • IBEW Journeyman Inside Wireman ticket (required).
  • Strong leadership experience in a union environment.
  • Deep knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and installation methods.
  • Ability to read blueprints and manage large field teams.
  • OSHA 30 (required).
  • NFPA 70E, Fall Protection, Confined Space, CPR/First Aid (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams), Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Bluebeam.

Physical Demands:
  • Must be willing and able to work a 6-10's schedule for the duration of the project.
  • Must be willing and able to pass a 10-panel rapid drug screen.
  • Lift 50 lbs from ground and pull 50 lbs of force.
  • Perform ladder climbing, conduit installation, and wire pulling.
  • Maintain a standing position for long periods of time while performing repetitive actions such as grasping or manipulating wires.
  • Work off of ladders, man lifts or reach booms.
  • A variety of weather conditions including cold, snow, rain, heat, etc.
  • High noise levels.
