Electrical Engineer – Embedded Systems and Product DevelopmentLynntech is seeking an electrical engineer to support the development of electrical and embedded systems for prototype products in the defense, aerospace, and medical markets. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across the product development lifecycle, from early-stage technology proof-of-concept through prototype development and testing to qualification of production-ready designs. The engineer will contribute to multi-faceted electrical solutions through embedded firmware/software development, custom circuit board design, and integration of custom and commercial components.The engineer will execute technical work as part of multidisciplinary project teams and will have opportunities to develop leadership skills through increasing technical responsibility, collaboration with customers and teammates, and participation in proposal development.Job DescriptionAt Lynntech, engineering is both theoretical and experimental. Our engineers split their time between developing detailed prototype designs and validating those designs in the lab. Engineering projects involve a wide variety of technologies at different stages in the product life cycle, from breadboard proof-of-concepts to minimum viable products.
