Pay Range: $100,000-120,000/Yr (Commensurate with Experience)

Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team supporting the design and development of next-generation tactical vehicle electrical systems.

Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical systems supporting advanced tactical vehicle platforms.
- Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and power distribution architectures for 12V and 24V DC vehicle systems.
- Assist with component selection to ensure reliability, durability, and long-term performance in demanding operating environments.
- Support electrical system development from concept through prototyping, validation, testing, and production.
- Participate in wire harness design, routing, and manufacturing reviews.
- Collaborate closely with Mechanical, Manufacturing, Systems, and Mechatronics Engineers to integrate electrical systems into complete vehicle platforms.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues during prototype builds, testing, and production.
- Assist in developing engineering documentation, design standards, and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvements focused on product performance, manufacturability, and serviceability.
- Work alongside senior engineers and engineering leadership while gaining increasing technical ownership of projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Approximately 4-8 years of Electrical Engineering experience (military engineering experience may be considered).
- Experience designing electrical systems in an automotive, defense, aerospace, heavy equipment, industrial equipment, or similar engineering environment.
- Working knowledge of 12V and/or 24V DC electrical systems.
- Experience creating electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, or similar CAD software.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow into increased technical responsibility and leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with vehicle electrical systems, mobile equipment, or heavy machinery.
- Knowledge of wire harness design and routing.
- Experience supporting prototype development, integration, or product validation.
- Familiarity with military, defense, or ruggedized equipment.
- Exposure to lighting systems, communications equipment, sensors, thermal imaging, or other vehicle electronic subsystems.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
