  • Design, develop, modify, andevaluate systems, processes, or facilities to support Company objectives.
  • Develop electricalengineering studies, plans, specifications, calculations, evaluations,design documents, and performance assessments.
  • Determine and implementmethods and techniques for obtaining electrical engineering designresults.
  • Guide and direct associatelevel engineers, technicians and electrical CAD designers.
  • Recommend alternativesolutions to management in area of specialty on engineering solutions tomeet business needs.
  • Deliver on commitments andmanage outside engineering services by direct communication to accomplishthe assigned work.
  • Analyze and designengineering methods. Including analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidates should havecritical thinking and decision-making skills to develop and presenttechnical recommendations.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor of Science degree inelectrical engineering from an ABET-accredited college/university.
  • A minimum of two years ofdirectly related experience in engineering-related field.
  • Knowledge and application ofprinciples in area of electrical engineering specialty.
  • Preference given tocandidates with 480 V power distribution and, Modbus,DeviceNet/ControlNet/Ethernet communication experience.
  • Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills. Including strong technical writing skills includingthe ability to communicate a basic understanding of technical informationto non-technical people.
  • Project management skills:ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Understanding of Company'sbusiness, and relevant policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Knowledge of applicablefederal, state, local laws, regulations and the National Electric Codes.
  • Ability to provide timelyassessments with limited information and/or assumptions.
