As a new graduate electrical engineer, you can expect to be involved in a variety of hands-on tasks, such as assisting with circuit design, supporting test procedures, and helping troubleshoot technical issues. You'll likely work closely with senior engineers and cross-disciplinary teams to learn company processes, contribute to project documentation, and participate in regular team meetings. An Electrical Engineer New Grad typically assists in designing, developing, testing, and supervising the manufacturing of electrical equipment, such as motors, radar and navigation systems, communications systems, and power generation equipment. As a recent graduate, they often work under the guidance of experienced engineers, contributing to projects, preparing documentation, and learning industry standards and safety protocols. Their role may involve both hands-on testing and computer-based design work.
