MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our team working in Crane, IN.  This will be a hybrid role requiring 4 days onsite per week.

Drive the lifecycle of complex mechanical designs as a technical leader for several Radar systems. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition concepts into production while managing a diverse group of engineering, drafting, and technical writing professionals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Synchronize with technical teams and government clients to engineer and implement premier solutions for the Radar Technologies Division

  • Drive the successful delivery of complex technical projects from conception to completion

  • Synchronize project interdependencies and oversee the end-to-end development of task order deliverables to ensure full SOW compliance

  • Diagnose complex technical challenges and partner with cross-functional teams to engineer and deploy effective solutions

  • Manage the full lifecycle of organizational requirements, including the development, maintenance, and optimization of core management processes

  • Define and govern project requirements throughout the contract term, optimizing the prioritization and capture process for technical accuracy

  • Interface with system users to elicit requirements and architect comprehensive designs for hardware and software integration

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of comprehensive test strategies to ensure system reliability and performance

  • Provide expert-level technical resolution for intricate problems, bridging the gap between existing documentation and mission-specific requirements

  • Analyze and optimize intricate signal flows and circuit interrelationships through the expert application of high-frequency pulse generators and complex diagnostic hardware

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in support of information technology and project management activities

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating schematics and blueprints for electrical components and systems within a project, considering factors like power requirements, load calculations, and safety regulations.

  • Experience using mathematical models to analyze electrical circuits, power distribution, and system efficiency.

  • Demonstrated experience exercising independent judgment in performing such tasks as making circuit analyses, calculating wave forms, and tracing relationships in signal flow, using complex test instruments

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain an active United States Government Secret security clearance.

  • Candidate will be required to obtain an interim Secret clearance before onboarding 

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time. 

  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
