What You will Do:
Essential Job Functions
• Validate and manage power generation equipment interfaces.
• Identify interface gaps and mechanical & instrumentation needs between OEM, EPC, and BOP equipment.
• Manage cross-business engineering information and identify ownership issues and integration risks early.
• Support project engineering discussions to identify and mitigate risks early.
• Automate discrepancy and quality checks, and standardize reporting and analytics.
• Perform cable sizing and voltage drop calculations.
• Conduct cross-discipline engineering reviews.
• Manage interfaces effectively to improve project quality, execution speed, and risks.
What You Will Bring:
Leverage AI and automation for engineering quality checks and discrepancy Qualifications
• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation & Controls.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in power generation, plant and project engineering.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and resolve interface issues.
• Aeroderivative packaging and EPC background is desired.
• Knowledge of package interfaces and Instrumentation & Controls.
• Tools: AutoCAD, Excel, EPLAN, and AVEVA.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
• Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
• Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
• Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
Electrical Engineering

Pay Range: $100K to $120K
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements:
The work location is Houston, TX / Greenville SC.
  • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
  • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
