Electrical Superintendent - Wyoming-Licensed Master Electrician

SUMMARY
The Electrical Superintendent oversees electrical field operations, safety, productivity, scheduling, quality, commissioning, and coordination with project leadership and other site superintendents.
This position requires a current, unrestricted Wyoming Master Electrician license. The employee must maintain the license in good standing throughout employment. A journeyman electrician license will not satisfy this requirement.
This is a field-based position requiring up to 100% travel and relocation to assigned project sites.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience reviewing electrical and mechanical manuals of installation and design technical packages
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
  • May have to interact with Owner's Field Representative and outside testing agencies
  • Experience operating solar power plants and equipment
  • Supervise entire electrical department (15 crews, 100 - 150 people) Temporary and permanent power connection for substation and office trailers
  • Travel: up to 100% as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must hold an active Wyoming Master Electrician license and maintain it throughout employment. A journeyman license will not satisfy this requirement.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience supporting the constructions of major projects, preferably in the building of power stations or supply networks, or other utility-scale construction projects
  • Solar PV, wind power or BESS project experience, preferred
  • Travel: up to 100% as needed
  • Requires repetitive movement
