About the Role

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer (entry level or early career) to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced electrical engineers and project managers to support the design and execution of industrial facilities within the energy industry. This position provides hands-on experience across multiple phases of engineering projects, from initial design through construction and commissioning, while offering mentorship and on-the-job training to support your professional growth

What You’ll Do

  • Medium and low voltage power system design.
  • PLC-based process control/automation and communication system design.
  • Project engineering and technical tasks supporting Lead Electrical Engineers (client interaction and job scoping, equipment specification, engineering calculations and drawing reviews, contractor bidding, onsite construction inspection, system commissioning and troubleshooting assistance, project management).

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent combined education and experience.
  • 0 to 5 years industry experience in power and/or control system engineering and design.
  • Strong work ethic, and willingness/ability to travel to field project locations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills as well as attention to detail.
