Job Title: Electrical Designer
Location: Loudon, TN
Experience: 5–7 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Electrical Designer with experience in automotive, marine, or off-highway industries. The role focuses on wiring harness design, reverse engineering, and supporting sourcing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop wiring harness schematics and routing
  • Perform reverse engineering and analysis of electrical harnesses
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and specifications
  • Support alternate sourcing and component selection
  • Validate supplier proposals and ensure compliance with standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Automotive / Marine / Off-Highway domain
