Electrical Design Engineer
Location: West Chester, OH
Pay: $80k/yr
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and AutoCAD for creating electrical and production drawings
  • Experience developing PLC ladder logic and HMI interfaces for industrial systems
  • Strong understanding of engineering standards, schematics, and electrical design principles
  • Ability to interpret customer specifications, technical documents, and engineering drawings
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:
  • Create submittal, working, and production drawings based on engineering standards and customer specifications
  • Gather and analyze project data to ensure accurate design and proper product assembly
  • Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), including part number assignment for internal use
  • Determine and document equipment selection, mounting dimensions, and clearance requirements in compliance with National Electrical Code and company procedures
