Talon Hiring Solutions has a client in the Cincinnati Ohio area that is looking for a Electrical Department Manager to join the team. This role is responsible for technical leadership, project delivery, and team management, ensuring high-quality solutions for complex industrial facilities.

What you will do:

  • Manage the Electrical department, including engineers, designers, and support staff.
  • Provide technical expertise and quality oversight on engineering deliverables.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other discipline leads to execute multi-discipline projects.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering technical growth and professional development.
  • Develop and maintain department standards, tools, and best practices.
  • Support client relationships and business development activities, including proposal preparation and estimating.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Leadership or department management experience.
  • Must have experience with Industrial , manufacturing EPC services background.
