What You'll Do


Lead, Build & Inspire

  • Lead and grow a global team of Electrical Engineers, Designers, and Team Leads.
  • Champion a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
  • Expand team capabilities by strategically leveraging third-party engineering partners.
  • Align global teams under clear priorities while supporting regional execution needs.

Drive Technical Excellence
