Job description

Master Electrical Services, LLC is immediately hiring an HVAC Controls Electrician for multiple projects located in and around Richmond, VA. Most positions are first shift, with pay dependent on experience and skill level. If you are an electrician or controls technician looking to expand your expertise in building automation and HVAC controls, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a well-established electrical contractor.

Job Scope May Include:

  • Installing and wiring HVAC control systems and BAS components
  • Power and low-voltage wiring for controllers, sensors, actuators, and control panels
  • Reading and interpreting control drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
  • Terminating control wiring and point-to-point verification
  • Assisting with system startups, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Mentoring apprentices and supporting small crews as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience with HVAC controls, BAS, or low-voltage control systems preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and control schematics
  • Working knowledge of electrical and low-voltage codes
  • Self-motivated professional with strong troubleshooting skills
  • Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
