Job description

TA Services Group is a full-service Electrical and Mechanical Installation contractor that caters to industrial customers. Our Electrical Install team provides the following services โ€“ Industrial Electrical & Controls, automation, lighting upgrades, power and distribution, equipment installation services, etc.

We are currently seeking an Electrical Project Manager based out of our Marietta, GA office.

Local travel required.


  • Assisting in managing the electrical portion of industrial construction projects.
  • Work closely with superintendents and foremen in the field and interface with clients.
  • Attend construction meetings, track schedules, manage budgets, and estimate jobs.
  • Responsible for writing proposals, material orders, equipment deliveries, and distribution of project specific documents.
  • A portion of the time will be spent in the field or with our clients and crew.

  • 5 โ€“ 10 + yearsโ€™ experience in Industrial Electrical Construction/Installation.
  • Good understanding of the National Electrical Code.
  • Ability to read and understand construction specifications and detailed drawings.
  • Must be computer proficient with all MS applications, including MS Project or Planner.
  • Must have some experience in planning and scheduling.
  • Must have strong customer interface and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to communicate with crews in the field, including union employees.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Be knowledgeable in electrical applications in an industrial environment.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with estimating software, such as Accubid or McCormick is preferred.
  • Estimating experience required.

  • Must be capable of walking throughout a large manufacturing plant for required meetings and other required duties.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check and motor vehicle report (MVR) according to company and client policies.
