Job description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Mesquite, TX. This position is ideal for someone with experience wiring and assembling industrial equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC equipment, conveyor systems, manufacturing machinery, or electrical control panels. If you're comfortable reading electrical schematics, wiring motors and controls, and troubleshooting industrial equipment, we'd love to hear from you.
Location: Mesquite, TX 75149
Pay: $22.00–$26.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: M-F, 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM, plus OT

What You'll Do:

  • Assemble and wire commercial and industrial cooking equipment.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and bills of materials.
  • Install and wire motors, blowers, heating elements, relays, contactors, transformers, thermostats, PLC components, sensors, switches, terminal blocks, and other electrical controls.
  • Build, wire, and troubleshoot electrical control panels and enclosures.
  • Route, terminate, label, and secure wiring according to electrical standards.
  • Perform continuity testing, electrical inspections, startup verification, and functional testing.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues during the assembly process.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to resolve build issues and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Assist with mechanical assembly as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety and quality standards.

  • Experience installing and wiring electrical control components, including relays, contactors, motors, switches, sensors, transformers, and heating elements.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand and power tools safely.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits and mechanical assemblies.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
