About the Position
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee industrial electrical construction projects in the Bremerton, Washington area. This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through final completion while ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.
The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, field leadership, subcontractors, and vendors while coordinating all aspects of project execution. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading complex electrical construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage electrical construction projects through all phases of execution
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
  • Coordinate with superintendents, field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, budget, and operational challenges
  • Prepare and review project documentation, contracts, change orders, and progress reports
  • Ensure projects are completed in accordance with quality standards, contract requirements, and company expectations
  • Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance
  • Foster positive relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
  • Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and support continuous process improvement

Requirements
  • Electrical contracting experience is required
  • Previous experience managing electrical construction projects
  • Military installation, Department of Defense, or other federal project experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
