Electrical Project Coordinator

As our company continues to expand, we're looking for an Electrical Project Coordinator who wants to grow alongside a collaborative team and take on new challenges. This role offers a mix of office and field duties, including travel to local job sites and close interaction with project managers, foremen, vendors, and clients.

What You'll Do

  • Review electrical plans, specifications, and contract documents
  • Perform quantity takeoffs and plan markups using Bluebeam
  • Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and vendor communication
  • Maintain project records in eSUB and distribute updated drawings
  • Assist field teams with technical questions and project support
  • Participate in site visits, permitting, inspections, and project closeout activities

Required Qualifications

  • At least a year of experience in electrical project management or coordination
