What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an electrical assembler?

To thrive as an Electrical Assembler, you need a solid understanding of electrical systems, blueprint reading, and assembly techniques, often supported by a high school diploma or technical training. Familiarity with hand tools, soldering equipment, wiring harnesses, and sometimes IPC certification is typically required.
