  • Monitor ELD data for compliance, identify exceptions, and prepare reports required for safety audits and FMCSA requirements.
  • Train drivers, dispatchers, and internal teams on ELD usage, Hours of Service requirements, electronic log maintenance, and compliance best practices.
  • Communicate with ELD vendors and internal technology teams to document, escalate, and resolve recurring technical issues.
  • Maintain current knowledge of federal and state ELD regulations and help ensure operational practices remain compliant with changing requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in ELD processes, compliance monitoring, reporting, and support workflows.
  • Promote safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance across transportation operations while adapting to new technologies and regulatory changes.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with ELD systems or related technology within trucking, logistics, transportation, or a similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of FMCSA ELD regulations and Hours of Service rules.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting ability, with the confidence to diagnose ELD issues and guide drivers or other end users through practical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with major ELD vendors, telematics platforms, and ELD-related technologies is preferred.
  • Experience preparing ELD compliance, safety, or incident reports is an advantage.
  • Previous experience training adult learners or supporting driver training programs is a plus.
  • Bi- or multilingual communication skills are highly valued.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with geographically distributed teams.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to finding practical solutions while maintaining high compliance standards.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary package.
  • Paid time off (PTO).
  • Fully remote work environment.
