We are looking for a seasoned recruiter that is tired of doing the regular recruitment job and wants to do some innovative recruitment.
You should be highly energetic and be creative in your recruitment methodologies from Linkedin, Indeed, Upwork, elance, etc in addition to the regular recruitment platforms such as dice and monster.
We may need to hire from schools, hire people that wrote books, or hire world-class data scientists, or maybe even an energetic sales person. Some time we may not have enough money to hire that candidate, then you need to be creative about it in closing the deal. Part-time, or offer something else.
