Job Summary
The HR & Safety Administrator supports both the Human Resource and Safety functions maintaining company processes while managing administrative duties, documentation, and reporting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage Talent Acquisition platform by updating job requisitions and postings to ensure accurate, up-to-date visibility for candidates
  • Lead weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers and support candidate vetting and dispositioning throughout the onboarding process
  • Support recruiting initiatives, including recruitment strategy, sourcing activities, and coordination of hiring events
  • Track approvals to ensure timely processing and compliance with internal policies
  • Maintain and file documentation related to new-hire progress, annual performance reviews, incident reports, and safety records to ensure accurate and organized compliance records
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to support HR and safety program requirements
  • Document and manage all incident reports, including near misses, property damage, general liability, auto incidents, first aid cases, and injuries
  • Complete all required MSHA and OSHA documentation
  • Compile and distribute internal site audit reports
  • Oversee contractor qualification checklist database
  • Create checklists, forms, and toolbox talks to support safety communication
  • Assist with producing and editing training videos to enhance employee learning and engagement

Job Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, EHS, or a related field
  • Prior experience in HR, safety administration, or office administration preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
