Role scope is inpatient, outpatient, surgical, medical, and enterprise focused, and requires close partnership and collaboration with CV Surgery, Cardiology, Pulmonary, Hematology, and Reconstructive Surgery leadership teams and practices. Forward. vision. The Manager also oversees outreach, contracting partnerships, and the implementation of programs driven by national transplantation initiatives. The Transplant Center performs over 1000 solid organ and bone marrow transplants per year and operates through a fully multidisciplinary approach. The Manager serves on the Transplant Specialty Council Practice Committee, actively participates in enterprise convergence initiatives, and leads at least on enterprise workgroup.

The Manager in the Department of Dermatology has primary responsibility for surgical and laboratory operations within a complex practice that spans Clinical, Surgical, and Laboratory divisions.
