Job Description Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator Overview: We are seeking an experienced EHS Coordinator to support floor-level safety programs in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures OSHA compliance, drives proactive hazard prevention, and leads safety training and incident investigations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily safety walk-throughs and risk assessments Develop Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) with supervisors Lead safety meetings and training sessions Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and hazardous waste management Track safety metrics and recommend program improvements Qualifications: High school diploma or GED (OSHA 511 training preferred) 2+ years supervisory experience in safety or manufacturing Knowledge of hazard recognition, mitigation, and compliance standards Strong communication and coaching skills.
