Overview

As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world's best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is excited to announce the opening of an EFM Shared Services Coordinator - Wholesales!  

The EFM Shared Services Coordinator position will be responsible for processing sales for multiple fleet groups and will be the main contact for Enterprise Mobility Remarketing, EFM Fleet Strategy Managers and Fleet group personnel for groups on the centralized leasing wholesale program. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service, organizational and communication skills accompanied with strong attention to detail.

This is a full-time work from home position that will allow you to work 100% from your home residence in the Greater Metropolitan St. Louis area or surrounding MO/IL counties.

This position requires normal business working hours of Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.

The pay range for this position is $19.33 - $21.25 per hour USD. Pay within the range will be determined based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, time in position, and business or organizational needs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage sale process through reporting in Looker and email correspondence through the EFM Fleet Wholesale mailbox
  • Complete various EDGE screens by unit throughout the sale process
  • Work daily in VIC, EVMS, and MS Lists for vehicle condition and sale information
  • Respond, manage, and follow through to completion inquiries received in the EFM Leasing Wholesale mailbox
  • Main point of contact for EM Remarketing and Fleet Strategy Managers
  • Utilize Salesforce for various tracking and updating purposes
  • Support multiple EFM groups through the entirety of their sales to ensure accurate communication, timeliness, and completeness
  • Research schedule questions from F9 Accounting
  • Support Settlement and Purchase Option sale processes as needed
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Must reside in St. Louis Metropolitan area or the immediate surrounding MO/IL counties
  • Must have two years of customer service experience
  • Must have two years of administrative experience
  • Intermediate skills of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship from our company now or in the future
