Their main goal is to improve students' proficiency in English for academic, professional, or personal purposes.

EFL teachers often encounter challenges such as varying levels of language proficiency among students, cultural differences, and limited classroom resources. To address these, teachers can differentiate instruction by using a variety of activities tailored to different skill levels and backgrounds. Building a supportive classroom environment that encourages participation, using visual aids, and incorporating real-life contexts can also help students engage more effectively. Collaborating with fellow teachers and seeking professional development opportunities can further enhance teaching strategies and classroom management.
