Purpose
Leads enterprise-wide corporate efficiency diagnostics and governance transformation, focused on identifying, quantifying, and eliminating operational inefficiencies, governance gaps, and risk exposure across M365 and multi-tenant environments—delivering a board-ready modernization roadmap.
Key Responsibilities (Expanded Corporate Efficiency + Architecture Oversight)
Corporate Efficiency & Transformation Leadership
  • Lead enterprise diagnostic to identify:
    • Collaboration waste
    • Rework sinkholes
    • Risk & value leakage across services
  • Drive efficiency-focused transformation strategy, linking operational inefficiencies to financial and capacity impact
  • Lead the full lifecycle: Diagnostic → Impact → Future State → Roadmap
  • Facilitate OKR definition and executive alignment on transformation priorities Governance & Architecture Oversight (Integrated Role)
  • Oversee end-to-end M365 and multi-tenant governance architecture, including:
    • Tenant structures and cross-tenant dependencies
    • Data lifecycle, permissions, and policy enforcement models
  • Define future-state governance model, including:
    • AMM (policy-driven M365 management standardization)
    • MTG (global vs local decision boundaries and governance clarity)
  • Ensure embedding of:
    • Privacy-by-design
    • Security-by-design
    • Data-by-design principles
Executive Advisory & Strategic Decision Support
  • Translate diagnostic insights into clear executive decisions, trade-offs, and investment priorities
  • Lead development of:
    • Strategic investment business case
    • ROI model and cost-of-inaction narrative
  • Provide board-level advisory on governance, risk posture, and transformation sequencing
 
Key Deliverables Accountability
  • Enterprise heat map (cost, risk, FTE leakage)
  • Governance + architecture future state (AMM + MTG aligned)

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience (Strengthened)
  • ISO/IEC 27001 Certified Lead Auditor (mandatory)
  • Minimum 10+ years experience in corporate efficiency / operational optimization programs
  • Minimum 10+ years experience in enterprise governance and transformation initiatives
  • Proven leadership in:
    • Data governance and M365 platform transformation
    • Multi-tenant governance models
    • Operational diagnostics and process re-engineering
  • Strong executive facilitation and board-level communication capability
