An EEOC investigator is responsible for looking into complaints of workplace discrimination filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Their job involves interviewing complainants, employers, and witnesses, gathering relevant documents, and analyzing evidence to determine if there has been a violation of federal anti-discrimination laws. What are some common challenges faced by EEOC investigators during case investigations?

EEOC investigators often encounter challenges such as gathering sufficient evidence, navigating sensitive workplace issues, and managing high caseloads.
