We focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
This senior level process Improvement role is responsible for the execution and ongoing management of business excellence initiatives. Working within the Operations organization, the role leads strategic, complex process improvement projects in conjunction with division goals and imperatives for improving manufacturing and supply chain business processes. The role is accountable for delivering strategic results from the application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, problem solving tools, as well as implementation of solution via effective change management and project management with cross-functional teams.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leads strategic, complex process improvement projects in the division.
• Delivers strategic results in conjunction with division goals and objectives.
• Evaluates business processes and determines initiatives that will yield greater productivity and efficiency to enable growth.
• Acts as a cross-functional change agent to drive and sustain measurable Business Process Improvement for the division.
• Act as mentor, role model and coach in the implementation of BEx best practices.
Education
Non-Degree Program (Business or Engineering preferred) or An equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience/Background
Preferred Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or business
Minimum 9 years Knowledge of Lean tools such as standard work, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Kaizen is required.
Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional change.
Experience delivering significant strategic results for Business Process Improvement initiatives.
