We are searching for an Administrative Marketing Assistant to join our Integrated Benefit Consultants team in Red Deer, Alberta.
The Administrative Marketing Assistant is a permanent part-time role that provides administrative and marketing support to two Managing Consultants, helping coordinate daily operations, client communications, scheduling, and marketing initiatives. The Administrative Marketing Assistant ensures seamless workflow management while supporting business development efforts, brand visibility, and client engagement activities.The Administrative Marketing Assistant will:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team

  • Prepare and submit quote requests to insurers in accordance with client requirements

  • Gather, analyze, and compare quotes to identify the most suitable coverage and pricing options

  • Develop quote and renewal presentations to support client decision-making

  • Receive and direct incoming calls and messages to the appropriate staff members

  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and scheduling of meetings

  • Establish and maintain a professional corporate social media presence

  • Data entry and minute taking

  • Develop, update, and maintain client profiles to ensure accurate information and documentation ensuring the security, confidentiality, and integrity of client information

To be successful as an Administrative Marketing Assistant with Integrated Benefit Consultants, you will need:
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to accurately manage priorities, schedules, records, and administrative processes

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional client service

The base salary for this position is between $30,000 to $33,000 annually, based on a permanent part-time schedule.

This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc.). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
