Saint Catherine of Siena Catholic School is seeking a faith-filled and visionary principal who will continue to strengthen our Catholic identity, foster academic excellence, cultivate faculty leadership, and guide our growing school community into its next chapter. St. Catherine of Siena Catholic School is a vibrant and growing parish school community serving students in Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade in the Diocese of Raleigh. Rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ and the traditions of the Catholic faith, our school partners with parents to form students spiritually, academically, socially, emotionally, creatively, and physically.

Located on a beautiful 43-acre campus in Wake Forest, St. Catherine of Siena Catholic School is a family-centered and innovative educational environment where students are known, loved authentically, challenged, and supported.

Minimum Requirements
  • Active, fully initiated, practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.
  • Commitment to collaborative ministry and Catholic education.
  • Possess a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration, Leadership, or a related field.
  • Possess or be eligible for North Carolina administrator licensure.
  • Have a minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience; Catholic school leadership experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, financial, and communication skills.
  • Exhibit proficiency with educational technology and strategic planning.
  • Successfully complete all required background checks and Diocese-sponsored Safe Environment Training prior to employment.
