The Sales Operations & Client Development Coordinator at SAIM is responsible for optimizing the sales process and enhancing the productivity of the sales team. This role involves developing and implementing strategies and tools that empower the sales force to effectively engage with clients and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify needs and develop tailored enablement programs.
  • Design and deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, playbooks, and guides.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Manage the sales enablement platform and ensure the availability of up-to-date resources for the sales team.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and market trends.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales representatives to ensure the successful adoption of enablement tools and techniques.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate them into the sales enablement strategy.
