ABOUT THIS ROLE
As LVT scales, processing complex video and AI data for enterprise and government clients requires intentional, world-class data stewardship. We are seeking a mid-level Privacy Program Manager to own our privacy function end-to-end. Reporting to the Director, Assistant General Counsel (Product & Privacy), you will build scalable compliance mechanisms, drive data mapping, and embed privacy-by-design principles into our engineering pipeline. If you want to move beyond checkbox compliance and architect a modern privacy program from the ground up, this role offers direct organizational impact.
This role is based full-time in-office out of our Headquarters in American Fork, Utah.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Program Architecture: Build, operationalize, and maintain LVT's comprehensive privacy compliance framework, establishing internal controls and procedures from first principles.
  • Data Rights Management: Own and scale the end-to-end workflow for Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), ensuring accurate, legally compliant, and timely fulfillment.
  • Data Mapping & Inventory: Develop and maintain rigorous Records of Processing Activities (ROPAs) and cross-functional data lineage maps across all business systems.
  • Third-Party Risk Management: Lead comprehensive vendor privacy reviews, negotiate and manage data processing agreements (DPAs), and maintain an accurate third-party data inventory.
  • Digital Governance: Manage consumer-facing privacy frameworks, driving cookie compliance strategies, consent management platform (CMP) governance, and accurate public disclosures.
  • Privacy-by-Design Partnership: Collaborate directly with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to proactively embed data privacy principles into the development lifecycle before product deployment.
  • Legal & Regulatory Support: Support internal investigations, regulatory inquiries, and legal workflows in close alignment with the Legal department.
  • Automation & Scale: Identify, evaluate, and deploy AI-driven compliance tools to automate routine workflows, driving program efficiency as LVT scales.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • The Builder Mindset: Proven experience establishing or significantly scaling privacy workflows from scratch within a fast-growing, tech-forward environment.
  • Regulatory Competency: Clear operational knowledge of major privacy frameworks (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, GDPR) and the ability to translate legal mandates into practical business rules.
  • Execution-Focused: Highly organized and self-directed; you are deeply comfortable executing daily workflows like data mapping, ROPAs, and vendor reviews independently.
  • Tech & AI Literate: Passionate about operational leverage; you actively leverage automation and AI tools to multiply your programmatic impact.
  • Cross-Functional Influencer: Outstanding communication skills with a track record of building trusted partnerships across Legal, Product, Engineering, and Security teams.
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: High degree of analytical precision when managing complex data inventories and evaluating sensitive vendor contracts.
  • Experience & Education: 3-5+ years of dedicated privacy program management experience within a high-growth SaaS, AI, or hardware-software enterprise.
  • Credentials (Preferred): IAPP certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or AIGP are highly preferred.

BENEFITS
We believe you do your best work when your whole life is supported. We invest in our crew's health, families, and financial futures with a benefits package designed to support you inside and outside the office. Full-time benefits include, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits (401k match up to 4%), and flexible PTO.
