EPS Corporation is Looking for a Program Manager to assist the Cyber Program at the Muscatatuck Training Center
This position is dependent upon the award of the Proposed Contract
Requirements
Education Requirements:
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • PMP, PgMP, or at least 5 years in a Project/Program Management position managing project budgets in excess of $5M. Equivalent commercial certification is also acceptable.

Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Program Management or Senior-level DoD experience, or as a Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with Senior-level DoD personnel.
  • Documented record of increasing management responsibilities with a firm technical foundation in all areas relating to enterprise-level technology management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Cyber range or IT/OT technology programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $5M.
  • Collaborate with Senior-level DoD personnel and defense industry professionals.
  • Ensure successful delivery of technology management programs.
  • Manage and lead Cyber range or IT/OT technology programs.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with established standards and protocols.
